The Adventures of Sherlock Chromes
We were tasked to entertain and train retail associates on Google Chromebook’s wide array of features in order to better educate the consumer. Not only that, but the experience had to work everywhere, not just at an event or showroom, after many now work from home.
A fully responsive web-app called The Adventure of Sherlock Chromes was created containing games that were fun, educational, and engaging. We meticulously made a virtual escape room in which the user had to search and complete fun tasks in order to escape, all the while educating the user.
The retail associates were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and how engaging the activity was, especially compared to their typical training efforts. Google was also able to to see a considerable amount of learnings attributed to the engagement.
